Pre-order Terms and Conditions

These Pre-Order Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the placing of pre-orders ("Pre-order") with the Seller. Please read these Terms carefully before submitting your Pre-Order of any Seller’s products. By submitting your Pre-Order, you agree to be legally bound by these terms. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you are not granted permission to access or otherwise use this cart and are instructed to exit the cart immediately.

Pre-Order Reservation
When placing a Pre-order for Seller products, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and other billing information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current.
Seller shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated, and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information.

Price & Payment
You will be charged the full price of the products at the time of placing the Pre-Order. Methods of payment accepted are: (1) Bank Transfers (including PayPal); (2) UPI transfer. The purchase price does not include import duties, taxes, transfer fees, and other governmental charges, which are Buyer’s responsibility.

Priority
Seller will build products according to the order in which the Pre-order is received. This position does not imply receiving a particular number associated with your products. If you fail to pay for your reservation in accordance with the Terms, your position will be taken by the next person on the product reservation list.

Delivery Schedule
Although we will make efforts to begin delivering products as soon as reasonably practicable, you understand and agree that there may be delays. An estimated time of delivery is only an estimate, is subject to change, and Seller does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the product by the estimated date. As a result, in the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment is not met, Seller is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor shall it be obligated. We will provide you updates with respect to such delivery schedule. If for any reason you decide that you do not wish to continue to wait for your product, you can’t cancel your reservation.

Cancellation
Buyer or Seller can’t cancel this reservation by terminating the Pre-order at any time for any or no reason prior to our notice to you that your Product is ready for delivery. If you do so prior to our notice of delivery, you will not get a refund of the purchase price. If the Seller cancels your reservation you will receive a full refund of the purchase price without interest. In case of emergency if you want to cancel your order you have to contact seller to make a request but that does not guaranteed your cancellation.

Returns
If the buyer wishes to return the product, a written communication with the seller is necessary and the cost of shipping is to be borne by the buyer. Prompt Notice of Shipping Errors, Damages, Defective Products. For eligibility consideration under the returns policy, seller must by notified of any alleged shipping errors and/or damaged/defective products with respect to product delivered hereunder within Thirty (30) business days after your receipt of the product regardless of the alleged problem or cause of return. Regardless of any return, if the product is modified or damaged, the buyer will not be eligible for a refund.

Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances will Seller be held liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages arising out or related to this agreement. In the event that Seller is held liable for any damages arising out or related to these Terms, your sole and exclusive remedy will be the full refund of your purchase price without interest.

Restrictions
This is for limited use only. All rights of the product are reserved by seller. No part of this product may be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic or mechanical, including photocopying, recording, or by any information storage and retrieval system, without written permission from the copyright holder. Further, may not use, copy, store, distribute, display, rent, lease, sell, modify, alter, license, sublicense, or commercially exploit any data provided by this and of the product. You may not modify, translate, decompile, create derivative work(s) of, copy, distribute, disassemble, broadcast, transmit, publish, remove, or alter any proprietary notices or labels.

Communication
You agree to be communicated by the seller about the status of the transaction or any questions about the transaction at the mode of communications you have entered on the product purchase website.

Customer Information
We will use any information that we may collect about you only in accordance with our general Terms and Conditions. Any errors or questions about the product on this website is the responsibility of the seller and not of the owner of the website. Any concerns, questions about the product should be brought to the notice of the seller.

Jurisdiction and governing law. 
This product has been made in and will be construed and enforced solely in accordance with the laws of the state of 
West Bengal, India. The buyer and the seller each agree to submit to exclusive subject matter jurisdiction, personal jurisdiction, 
and venue of the courts in the State of West Bengal, India for any disputes between the seller and buyer under or arising
out of this transaction. You also agree to waive any right to a jury trial in connection with any action
or litigation in any way arising out of or related to this transaction and acknowledge that either party may seek attorney's 
fees in any proceeding. Any claim the buyer might have against the seller must be brought within six (6) months after the cause 
of action arises, or such claim or cause of action is barred. Purchase of this product is an action on your own volition and 
are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws.

Change to the “Terms and Conditions”
Seller reserves the right to change any of the terms for any or no reason. We will provide notice of any material changes and, if you are unhappy with such changes, you can write to seller.
